Freezer Cooking
So I really would like to do MEGA cooking and freeze meals so that preparing dinner in the evenings isn't so time consuming. This is referred to as freezer cooking. There are people who cook for 2 weeks and some who cook for 30 days. I had every intention of cooking for at least two weeks today, but I enjoyed my day off instead. I did manage to get Taco Soup made and in the freezer.
Tomorrow I'll make and freeze Chili and maybe one other dish. In the meantime, I'll dream of organizing more meals next time!
